Payment
Rental charges are payable in advance by cash (Euro) or credit cards.
Personal cheques are not accepted.

Credit Cards
A valid credit card must be presented irrespective of payment method.

Parking & Traffic Fines
Any infringement shall be on the customers account,
Except for those induced in the General Conditions.

Fuel
Rates do not include the fuel spent during the renting period.
Usually a full tank vehicle is supplied. Fuel is not refundable for any reasons.

Taxes
The total amount will be liable to the VAT currently in force, which is included in the rates. The customer is liable to pay the tax, which will be added to the total of the renting charges.

Extension of Rental
Should you wish to extend your rental beyond the agreed date of termination, it is important that you visit your nearest branch to sign your extension so that insurance coverage is extended.

Long Term Rentals / Leasing
Special rates are provided for all long term rentals/leasing.
Long term rentals are accommodated through our Executive Sales Managers.

Other Services
Our customers will find at their disposal baby seats and roof racks which must be requested in advance. For this service, there is a charge of €3 per rented item per day. The hirer will be liable for the good keeping and use of the accessories, including the keys and papers' folder. Otherwise, the customer could be charged a fine in order to meet the value of the lost/damage accessory and the subsequent losses caused to the Company.

Additional Driver
A charge of €3 per day will be applied for each additional driver.
Unauthorized drivers will be responsible for any damages caused either to the vehicle and/or passengers and/or third party vehicles and/or property.

Reservations
In order to provide our customers a better service, please inform us the hour
You would like to withdraw the vehicle, as well as the possible delays of your
flight. We will maintain all our customers' bookings during a maximum of
120 minutes after the delivery time specified in the booking note. Once this
deadline is expired, the booking will be cancelled and therefore we will reserve
the right to make use of the vehicle to satisfy other customers needs.
In the case of flights which include a vehicle booking, the said booking will be
Maintained a maximum of 60 minutes and the real arrival time of the flight will be
considered as delivery time for the vehicle.

Collection-Delivery
All deliveries or collections out of city limits where we are located there will be a
Charge €18 per collection and €18 per delivery (confirmation 48 hours in
advance). On return of the vehicle at the end of the period, in cases where the
Renter is not present at the inspection of the vehicle, for reasons that are
attributable to the renter or the vehicle is returned outside the opening hours of
the branch, or in a place not previously authorized by us, where the vehicle is
found to be damage, the customer accepts the valuation of the resulting
damage by an inspection carried out by our personnel in customer's absence.

Airport Charges
For pick ups at airports a charge of €15 will be applied for all rentals.

Drop-off points
To return your car to Paphos Airport:
Drive the vehicle to the ‘Car Hire Returns’ car park (do not park in the public car park)
Park the vehicle in the designated ASTRA space (signposted)
Return the key to the Astra Office in the arrivals area (a drop box is also located here)
To return your car to Larnaca Airport
Follow the signs to the ‘Car Hire Returns’ car park (last one on your right hand side as you leave the airport) do not park in the public car parks
Return the key to the ASTRA office located in the arrivals building.
